从"阴平阳秘"理论探讨巨噬细胞极化对糖尿病足溃疡创面的影响
Effect of Macrophage Polarization on Diabetes Foot Ulcer Wounds Based on Theory of"Yin Ping Yang Mi"
摘要
Abstract
Diabetes foot ulcer is a chronic refractory wound, which is formed by the combined effect of multiple factors such as peripher-al artery disease, neuropathy, inflammation and hypoxia.Persistent inflammation and difficulty in vascularization of the wound are the key factors causing delayed wound healing.Macrophages can polarize into two subgroups,M1 and M2,under the stimulation of environ-mental factors.During wound healing, the imbalance in the ratio of these two macrophage subgroups is a key factor leading to sustained inflammation and difficulty in vascularization of the wound.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that Yin Ping Yang Mi is an ideal state of achieving relative dynamic balance between Yin and Yang, and it is also the goal state pursued in treatment. The pathogenesis of diabetes foot ulcer is the imbalance of Yin and Yang on the wound surface in the late stage of Xiaoke disease, which leads to the defi-ciency of the Qi,namely, the deficiency of the Wei Qi to defend the outside evil factor, the deficiency of the Ying Qi to nourish the wound. The deficiency of the Ying Qi causes the difficulty of wound healing. The essence of the pathogenesis is the imbalance of Yin and Yang,so the key point of treatment is to adjust Yin and Yang,so that the body can recover the state of Yin Ping Yang Mi.关键词
