Ingredients of Traditional Chinese Medicine Intervention of Cell Apoptosis and Its Anticancer Effect

Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine has outstanding advantages in anti-cancer treatment,and the study of cell pyroptosis pathways provides a new path for traditional Chinese medicine anti-cancer research.This article reviews relevant literature and selects 23 repre-sentative active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine from various compounds such as terpenes,steroids,flavonoids,alkaloids,etc.that exert anti-cancer effects through the induction of cell apoptosis pathway.These active ingredients can induce cell apoptosis through both classical and non classical pathways,thereby exerting anti-tumor effects.The active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine have multi-target effects and can act on different cell apoptosis pathways and related targets,exerting anti-cancer effects.However,the active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine have some limitations in regulating cell apoptosis and combating tumors.For example,research on the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine active ingredients in apoptosis is limited to a single pathway,especially focusing on the classic apoptosis pathway induced by caspase-1;The signal crosstalk relationship between different interven-tion mechanisms of effective ingredients in traditional Chinese medicine needs to be explored,and the caspase-3 pathway is expected to become a breakthrough point among them;The research focuses on the stage of cell and animal model research,and requires large-scale clinical trials to be conducted;There are shortcomings in the application of some effective ingredients in traditional Chinese medi-cine,and there is an urgent need for structural optimization,strengthening formulation screening and derivative development to improve clinical efficacy and provide a foundation for new drug development.关键词
