中医药调控自身免疫性皮肤病调节性T细胞的研究进展
Research Progress on Regulation of Regulatory T Cells in Autoimmune Skin Diseases with Traditional Chinese Medicine
摘要
Abstract
Regulatory T cells(Treg)play a crucial role in the occurrence and development of autoimmune skin diseases.The decrease in Treg cell count,functional deficiency,and abnormal expression of related cytokines are closely related to autoimmune skin diseases such as psoriasis,systemic lupus erythematosus,and atopic dermatitis.Single traditional Chinese medicine,single compound of tradition-al Chinese medicine,and compound preparations of traditional Chinese medicine can regulate Treg cells in the prevention and treatment of autoimmune skin diseases,with significant clinical efficacy and high safety.The main mechanism of action is to upregulate the number of Treg cells,enhance inhibitory ability,and promote the recovery of immune homeostasis;Elevate the expression level of transcription factors in Treg cells and regulate their differentiation;Increase the expression of cytokines secreted by Treg cells such as IL-10 and IL-35,and alleviate inflammatory response.At present,research on traditional Chinese medicine intervention mainly focuses on internal treatment methods,and there is a need to strengthen research on external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine interven-tion.Moreover,traditional Chinese medicine intervention in Treg cells mainly regulates cell quantity,cytokines,and transcription factors.It is urgent to clarify its specific mechanism of action and signal transduction pathways,providing a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of such difficult to treat and complex skin diseases with traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
