福建某高岭土伴生石英提纯试验研究OA
Experimental study on the purification of quartz associated with a kaolin soil in Fujian province
以福建某高岭土伴生石英为研究对象,采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和 X 射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)检测矿样的物相组成和化学成分,然后依次进行擦洗、磁选、浮选、分级-分选条件试验,结果表明:试样中 SiO2 质量分数较低,为85.16%;石英主要以两种形式存在,一种是单体,另一种存在于岩屑中,与长石、云母等共生;浮选试验结果显示捕收剂用量和浮选浓度对降低 Al2O3 含量影响较大;分级-分选试验揭示了在相同工艺条件下,+0.6 mm 粒级石英精矿中杂质含量远低于-0.6+0.1 mm 粒级的石英精矿;最终获得的精矿中杂质 Al2O3 质量分数为 2 918.68 μg/g,Fe2O3 质量分数为 63.53 μg/g,达到了光伏发电玻璃面板所用石英砂的质量要求.
Taking quartz associated with a certain kaolin in Fujian as the research object,X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(XRF)were used to detect the phase composition and chemical composition of the ore sample.Then,scrubbing,magnetic separation,flotation,and grading sorting condition tests were carried out sequentially.The results showed that the mass fraction of SiO2 in the sample was relatively low,at 85.16%;Quartz mainly exists in two forms,one is a monomer,and the other exists in rock debris,coexisting with feldspar,mica,and other minerals;The flotation test results show that the amount of collector and flotation concentration have a signifi-cant impact on reducing the content of Al2O3;The grading sorting test revealed that under the same process condi-tions,the content of impurity in the quartz concentrate of +0.6 mm particle size is much lower than that in the quartz concentrate of-0.6+0.1 mm particle size;The mass fraction of impurity Al2O3 in the final obtained concentrate is 2 918.68 μg/g,and the mass fraction of Fe2O3 is 63.53 μg/g,which meets the quality requirements of quartz sand used in photovoltaic glass panels.
