Abstract
Based on the characteristics and development of water resources in Haihe River Basin since 1980,the representative analysis of the water resources quantity series was analyzed,and the degree of water resources development and utilization in Haihe River Basin was evaluated.The results showed that the exploitation ratio in Haihe River Basin from 1980 to 2016 had reached 105.7%.In the future,the situation of over-exploitation of water resources should be curbed,all water sources,such as local water,external water transfer and unconventional water sources,should be considered as a whole,water supply systems should be deployed,and water supply patterns should be optimized to ensure water supply security in the basin.Through the analysis process of development and utilization rate of water resources in Haihe River Basin,the key points that should be paid attention to in the calculation process of water resources exploitation rate were summarized in this paper,such as the selection of time and space range,the inter-regional water transfer relations,the conversion of surface water and groundwater in hilly areas,and the consideration of unconventional water,etc.,which should be emphatically analyzed in practical operation.关键词
