Abstract
In response to the prominent and frequent environmental incidents of toxic and harmful gases in the chemical industry park,Dalian began to explore the construction of atmospheric environment monitoring and early warning system in the chemical industry park in 2012.This article deeply analyzes the construction of the atmospheric environmental monitoring and early warning system in Dalian's chemical industry park,summarizes the construction experience on this basis,sorts out the main problems existing in the system at this stage,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for further improving the system construction from three aspects:"filling in"monitoring and early warning equipment,optimizing the function of monitoring and early warning platform,and improving the operation and maintenance system.It provided a reference for the construction of atmospheric environment monitoring and early warning system in chemical industry parks.关键词
