Research Progress on the Compositions,Bioactivities and Applications of Phenols in Beans
摘要
Abstract
The beans with wide distribution and numerous varieties were important in human daily diet.Phenolic compounds were important secondary metabolites in miscellaneous beans and had many biological activities.In recent years,more and more scientific researches had focused on the phenolic compounds in bean seeds.In this paper,the contents compositions,biological activities and applications of phenolic compounds in bean were combed and sorted,which could provide a reference for their further research and comprehensive utilization.关键词
