Abstract
The experiment was designed to investigate the effects of different levels of intestinal membrane proteins on the activity of intestinal digestive enzymes of Micropterus salmoides,and to determine the optimum level of intes-tinal membrane proteins to be added in the production of Micropterus salmoides.A total of 480 healthy Micropterus salmoides in similar body condition and weighing about 5 grams were randomly divided into four treatments with three replicates of 40 Micropterus salmoides each,according to a one-way experimental design.The experimental Micropterus salmoides were fed a basal diet containing 2%,4%and 6%of enteric membrane protein,with enteric membrane protein replacing fishmeal in equal proportions.The feeding period was 60 days.At the end of the ex-periment,the intestinal tissues of Micropterus salmoides in each group were collected and the intestinal digestive en-zyme activities were tested.Membrane protein groups were significantly higher(P<0.05)than the control group.The study showed that the addition of a certain dose of enteromucosal proteins to Micropterus salmoides feed can im-prove the digestive enzyme activity in the intestine,and the 4%additive dose is suitable.关键词
