盐度对泥鳅生长生理影响的研究进展
Progress of research on the effect of salinity on the growth and physiology of loach

Abstract
Salinity is an important environmental factor affecting the growth and physiology of aquatic organisms,and different salinities have different effects on the survival and development of aquatic organisms.The loach(Mis-gurnus anguillicaudatus)can adapt to the water environment with different salinities,but changes in salinity will have certain effects on its growth physiology.The article reviewed the research progress on the effect of salinity on the growth and physiology of loach at home and abroad,and analyzed the mechanism of different salinities on the growth performance,osmotic pressure regulation,respiratory metabolism,and antioxidant enzyme activity of loach.It was found that appropriate salinity(1%e~3%o)could promote the growth,development and survival of loach,while too high or too low salinity would inhibit the growth and metabolism of loach,disrupt its osmotic pressure bal-ance and increase its oxidative stress.关键词
