Abstract
The aim of the experiment was to investigate the effects of different sources of rapeseed meal on the growth performance of carp(Cyprinus carpio),and to explore the optimal source of rapeseed meal for the growth of carp.Two hundred and seventy healthy carp of similar weight were selected and divided into three groups with three replicates of 30 carp each according to a one-way experimental design.Each group was fed with test baits contai-ning domestic 95-type rapeseed meal(C95CM),domestic 200-type rapeseed meal(C200CM)and cold-pressed rapeseed cake(CPCC).After 56 days of feeding,the growth performance indexes of carp in each group were test-ed.The results showed that compared with C95CM rapeseed meal and CPCC rapeseed meal,the end-of-test weights of carp were increased by 10.14％and 22.99％after using C200CM rapeseed meal in culture,with the C200CM group significantly higher than that of the CPCC group(P＜0.05);the weight gain rate was signifiicantly increased by 13.58％and 30.64％(P＜0.05);and the bait coeffiicient was significantly reduced by 4.76％,9.09％(P＜0.05).The study showed that C200CM rapeseed meal had the best effect on the growth performance of carp compared with C95CM rapeseed meal and CPCC rapeseed meal used in carp culture production.关键词
