Abstract
In order to study the effects of Complex Beneficial Microorganisms(CBM)on the growth performance of aquaculture animals,Carassius auratus was used as the research object to investigate the effects of Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus faecalis on its growth.Enterococcus faecalis on their growth.Six hundred Carassius auratu with body mass of(98.5±1.5)g were randomly divided into four groups,i.e.,control,treatment A,treatment B and treatment C.The control group was fed with basic diets.The control group of Carassius auratu was fed with basal feed,treatment A group was fed with basal feed supplemented with Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus faecalis,treat-ment B group was fed with basal feed supplemented with Bacillus subtilis and treatment C group was fed with basal feed supplemented with Enterococcus faecalis.Each group was divided into 3 parallels with 50 tails in each parallel group.The whole feeding period lasted for 50 days.The beginning and end weights,feed intake and survival of Carassius auratu were recorded during the experiment.It was found that the mean weight at the end,weight gain rate,survival rate and specific growth rate of treatment group A were all significantly higher than those of the con-trol group(P<0.01),and the bait coefficients were significantly lower than those of the control group and the other two experimental groups(P<0.01).Among the three experimental groups,the mean weight at the end,weight gain rate,and survival rate of treatment group A were significantly higher than those of treatment groups B and C(P<0.05),and the specific growth rate of treatment group A was significantly higher than that of treatment groups B and C(P<0.01).growth rate was highly significant(P<0.01)higher than that of treatment groups B and C.The experiment showed that the Carassius auratu fed the basal diet supplemented with Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus faecalis had the best growth performance and the highest feed utilization rate.关键词
