摘要
Abstract
China implements the license management system for fishery fishing.Under the background of the current summer fishing ban and the rise of pelagic fishing,the cost of fishing is increasing,and the behavior of fishery ad-ministration to change the license is bound to cause the loss of fishermen's trust interests.Therefore,it is necessa-ry to examine the legitimacy of fishermen's trust interests from the perspective of trust protection and protect the le-gitimate rights and interests of fishermen.Due to the particularity of fishery industry and the salvagability of illegal fishing,it is necessary to consider various factors comprehensively and choose the most appropriate relief method to realize the healthy and sustainable development of fishery industry.关键词
