Research on the teaching reform of agricultural English curriculum based on"key competency"from the perspective of new liberal arts

Abstract
In order to promote international exchanges and let the new achievements of Chinese agriculture get the attention of the world,it is necessary to let Chinese agriculture"go out"through the medium of English.To im-prove the English ability of agricultural talents has become a problem that needs to be solved in recent years.Under the background of the new liberal arts,agricultural talents should not only understand the relevant technologies of agriculture,but also be proficient in literature and language,so as to become interdisciplinary talents who meet the needs of the society.Driven by quality education and innovative education in our country,this paper puts forward the teaching reform strategy of English for agricultural science and technology on the premise of key competency,mainly aiming at four elements:language ability,cultural character,thinking ability and learning ability.关键词
