慢性胃炎胃热证与胃寒证患者血清代谢组差异研究
Study on Serum Metabolome Differences between"Stomach-Cold Syndrome"And"Stomach-Heat Syndrome"in Chronic Gastritis

Abstract
Objective:To study the metabolic differences between"stomach-cold syndrome"and"stomach-heat syndrome"in chronic gastritis by metabonomics,and explain the mechanism of syndrome difference from the perspective of metabolic network.Methods:The fasting serum of healthy people,patients of chronic gastritis with"stomach-heat syndrome"and"stomach-cold syndrome"were detected by UPLC-LTQ/Orbitrap MS.Differential metabolites were screened by multivariate statistical analysis,and the related differential metabolic pathways were analyzed by HMDB,KEGG database and metPA network software.Results:The serum metabolic profiles were clearly separated among the three groups.There were 9 different metabolites screened from the serum of patients with chronic gastritis and healthy people.And 12 different metabolites were screened from the serum of"stomach-heat syndrome"and"stomach-cold syndrome"patients in chronic gastritis.Differential metabolites involve multiple pathways of material and energy metabolism.Conclusion:Choline,lysophosphatidyl-choline and octadecenoic acid may be biomarkers of chronic gastritis,which reveals the same material basis of the same disease.There are differences between"stomach-heat syndrome"and"stomach-cold syndrome"in material and energy metabolism and central nerve excitability,which reveals the differential metabolic mechanisms between"cold syndrome"and"heat syndrome".关键词
