"一气周流"针法治疗肝郁气滞型桥本甲状腺炎甲状腺功能减退的临床研究
Clinical Study on Acupuncture for Patients with Hypothyroidism in Hashimoto's Thyroiditis of Stagnation of Liver-Qi Type Based on the Theory of"One Qi Circulation"

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect on treating patients with hypothyroidism in Hashimoto's thyroiditis of stagnation of liver-qi type by acupuncture based on the theory of"One Qi Circulation".Methods:In all,60 patients undergoing Hashimoto's thyroiditis accompanied by hypothyroidism were randomized,according to a random number table,into 2 groups:drug group(n=30)receiving levothyroxine sodium tablet for 8 weeks,daily morning fasting oral;acupuncture and medicine group(n=30)receiving acupuncture treatment on the basis of levothyroxine sodium tablet,basic acupoints:Baihui(GV 20),Neiguan(PC 6),Hegu(LI 4),Taichong(LR 3),Zusanli(ST 36),Yinlingquan(SP 9)and Taixi(KI3),local points:Tiantu(RN 22),Futu(LI18)and Renying(ST 9),and matching corresponding acupoints with symptoms,20 minutes each time,twice a week,4 weeks in one course of treatment,and 2 courses were treated in all.The main symptom scores and the changes of serum thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb)and thyroglobulin antibody(TgAb)were recorded and observed before and after treatment.Results:After the treatment of 2 courses,the total effective rate of patients in the acupuncture and medicine group(93.33％,28/30)was higher than that in the drug group(73.33％,22/30)(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of the symptoms on cervical swelling,tiredness,emotional depression,and chest discomfort of the patients in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the improvement degree of the symptom scores on emotional depression and chest discomfort in the acupuncture and medicine group were lower than that in the drug group(P＜0.05).The levels of TSH,TPOAb,and TgAb in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P＜0.01),and the levels of TSH and TgAb in the acupuncture and medicine group were lower than those in the drug group(P＜0.01).Both groups of patients did not experience any adverse reactions during the treatment period.Conclusion:The clinical effect of"One Qi circulation"acupuncture combined with levothyroxine sodium tablet on stagnation of liver-qi type patients with hypothy-roidism in Hashimoto's thyroiditis was better than that of drug treatment alone,especially there were more advantages in the relief of patients with depression and chest discomfort symptoms and reducing the levels of TSH and TgAb.关键词
