痰湿壅盛型原发性高血压患者血栓前状态与心率变异性的相关分析
Correlation between Prethrombotic State and Heart Rate Variability in Hypertension Patients with Phlegm Dampness Retention Type

Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship between prethrombotic state and heart rate variability in hypertension patients with phlegm dampness retention type.Methods:A total of 159 patients with hypertension of phlegm dampness retention type were divided into observation group(79 cases)and control group(80 cases).All the subjects underwent 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram detection.General conditions,biochemical indexes,prethrombotic state(PTS)related indexes and heart rate variability(HRV)were compared between two groups.Spearman correlation was used to analyze the correlation between the indexes of prethrombotic state and heart rate variability.Results:There were no significant differences in gender,age,blood pressure,diabetes,coronary heart disease,TG,HDLC,TC,LDLC between observation group and control group(P＞0.05).The HRV indica-tors of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the PTS indicators were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Spearman correlation analysis indicated that in observation group,PT and APTT were significantly positively correlated with SDAANN、SDNN、rMSSD and pNN50,while FIB、D-D and PLT were significantly negatively correlated with SDANN、SDNN、rMSSD and pNN50.Conclusion:Compared with simple hypertension patients,hypertension combined with prethrombotic state patients have more obvious impairment of autonomic nerve function.There was a significant correlation between heart rate variability and prethrombotic state in patients with hypertension.Regular monitoring of prethrombotic state and heartrate variability in patients with hypertension is great significance to evaluate con-dition and prognosis.关键词
