基于数据挖掘分析针灸治疗多发性硬化的选穴规律
Analysis of Acupoint Selection Rule of Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Multiple Sclerosis Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective:To explore the rule of acupoint selection of acupuncture and moxibustion for multiple sclerosis(MS)based on data mining technology.Methods:CNKI,VIP,WanFang,and SinoMed database were used to search the clinical literature related to acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of multiple sclerosis from the establishment of the database to February 2023.The original data database was established,and the data were analyzed by SPSS Statistics 26.0 and SPSS Modeler18.0.Results:A total of 51 literature meeting the standards were included,and 136 acupoints were used.The most frequently used acupoints were Zusanli(ST 36)(37),Sanyinjiao(SP 6)(30)and Baihui(DU 20)(27).The most used meridians were foot Taiyang bladder meridian,foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian,foot Yangming stomach meridian.In the analysis of association rules,the combination of acupoints with the highest degree of confidence were"Neiguan(PC 6),Fengchi(GB 20),Sanyinjiao(SP 6)","Taichong(LR3),Fengchi(GB 20),Zusanli(ST 36)",and"Taichong(LR 3),Zusanli(ST 36)".A total of 6 acupoints cluster groups were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion:The acupoints selected for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of MS were mainly Yangming meridian and multi-Qi and multi-blood meridian.The core acupoints were Fengchi(GB 20),Baihui(DU 20),Sanyinjiao(SP 6),Zusanli(ST 36),and etc.The selection of acupoints was mainly based on syndrome differentiation,upper and lower acupoints selection,and local acupoints selection.The basic pathogenesis of this disease was organ deficiency and decline.Treatment should be based on tonifying the liver,spleen,and kidney,supplemented by various methods such as awakening the brain,opening the orifices,resolving phlegm and unblocking the meridians,removing blood stasis,and calming the liver and suppressing Yang.关键词
