基于CiteSpace的中医药治疗胰腺癌可视化分析
Visual Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Pancreatic Cancer Based on CiteSpace
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyse the research status,research hotspots and development trends of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of pancreatic cancer,and provide reference for future research and development in this field.Methods:Relevant literature from CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang databases over the past 20 years were retrieved,and the authors,organizations and keywords of relevant literature were analyzed and visual knowledge map was drew by CiteSpace software.Results:A total of 562 valid articles were included.The total number of published articles from 2003 to 2022 has increased year by year,and the article publication fluctuates on the rise.The core author teams in this field were LIU Luming,YOU Jianliang and ZHANG Peitong.In the research institution cooperation map,Fudan University Affiliated Cancer Hospital was the major research institution and also a representative institution for collaborating across agencies and regions.High frequency keywords including"medical case","TCM","clinical research",and etc.A total of 12 keyword clusters were formed,including"pancreatic cancer","gemcitabine","emotional nursing","review",and"data mining"and so on.Conclusion:There are many studies on the treatment of pancreatic cancer with TCM.The studies focus on the mechanism discussion and clinical efficacy of TCM in the treatment of pancreatic cancer.Among them,the treatment of accompanying symptoms,quality of life,TCM syndrome types,and medication rules have become research hotspots in recent years.In the future,researchers can conduct further research and discussion on the application and curative effect of external Chinese medicine treatment,and the mechanism of action of Chinese medicine decoction,in order to develop an effective treatment method for pancreatic cancer with TCM.关键词
