基于CiteSpace的归脾汤研究可视化分析
Visual Analysis of Guipi Decoction(归脾汤)Research Based on Citespace
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze and organize relevant literature on Guipi Decoction,and deeply explore the research status and research hotspots.Methods:Relevant literature from CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang database from the establishment of the database to December 31,2022 were retrieved.Citespace5.8.R3 was used to drew and analyzed the correlation maps of authors,institutions and keywords in sequence.Results:A total of 1900 relevant literature in this field were included,and the journal with the most published articles was Clinical Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine(46 articles).The number of clinical applications was the largest in terms of literature distribution type,accounting for 88.16％(1675/1900).Overall,the number of publications showed an upward trend.A total of 1008 authors were included,of which 50 authors had published≥3 articles,and the author with the largest number of articles was LIU Li(10 articles).A total of 782 institutions were included,and the institution with the largest number of publications was Beijing University of Chinese Medicine(17 articles).A total of 871 keywords were included,and the keywords with high frequency and mediation centrality were"insomnia","heart and spleen deficiency","clinical observation","clinical efficacy","depression",and"palpitations".The research content in this field mainly focused on syndrome differentiation and treatment of diseases related to heart and spleen deficiency syndrome,with more research on depression and insomnia.In the past decade,it had begun to expand to diseases such as anemia,hypertension,and coronary heart disease.Conclusion:The types of diseases treated by Guipi Decoction were extensive,and the number of related articles was increasing continuously.The research hotspots included clinical application,experience of famous doctors,syndrome differentiation and treatment,and etc.However,the cooperation between research institutions and authors is not close,and the basic research on many diseases is lagging behind.In the future,cooperation should be strengthened to jointly tackle the development problems in this field.关键词
