Analysis of the Etiology and Pathogenesis of Wilson's Disease Complicated with Depressive Symptoms Based on the Theory of Liver Hidden Image

Abstract
Based on the theory of liver hidden image,this study explores the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)etiology and pathogenesis of Wilson's disease(WD)complicated with depressive symptoms,in order to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of WD complicated with depressive symptoms.The most common non motor symptom of WD is depressive symptoms.WD combined with depressive symptoms is related to copper toxicity,phlegm stasis,and damp heat,with liver Qi stagnation as its commonality.The etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine can be summarized into four categories:insufficient congenital endowment rand improper diet,accumulation of copper toxin,accumulation of damp heat,and mutual accumula-tion of phlegm and blood stasis.关键词
