摘要

Abstract

Temperature is one of the important factors affecting the infection of peanut by rust fungus,and there are few reports about the influence of temperature on the germination and infection of Puccinia arachidis Speg.In the present study,the optimum temperature for germination and infec-tion of rust spores was determined by the germination rate of rust spores and inoculation tests of eight peanut varieties with different resistance to rust disease under different temperature conditions.The results indicated that the optimum temperature for germination and infection of rust spores was 25~28℃,under which the germination rate of summer spores was 68.23%,the incubation period of resistant materials was 8.11~8.67 days,and that of susceptible materials was 6.44~6.89 days.This study can provide a theoret-ical basis for identification of rust resistance and breeding of rust resistant varieties in peanut.
