硅肥施用对低温胁迫下花生幼苗生长及生理特性的影响
Effect of Silicon Fertilizer Application on the Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Peanut Seedlings under Low Temperature Stress

Abstract
In order to explore the regulatory mechanism of silicon fertilizer application on the growth and physiological characteristics of peanut seedlings under low temperature stress,and provide a theoretical basis for improving the peanut low temperature tolerance and enhancing the seedling growth,the effect of applying silicon fertilizer on the growth and related physiological indicators of peanut seedlings under low temperature stress were studied with the low temperature sensitive variety Jihua25 and the low temperature tolerant peanut variety Jihua31 used as materials.The results showed that compared with normal temperature conditions,low temperature stress reduced the height of pea-nut main stem,fresh and dry mass of overground part,but the growth of peanut seedlings were sig-nificantly improved when the silicon fertilizer application amount was 120 kg/ha SiO2.Low tempera-ture stress reduced the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and carotenoid in Jihua31,and the ap-plication of silicon fertilizer increased the chlorophyll content of peanut leaves under low temperature stress.Under low temperature stress conditions,compared with no silicon fertilizer application,mod-erate application of silicon fertilizer(120 kg/ha SiO2)increased the leaf SOD enzyme activity,with an in-crease of 5.04%and 9.40%for Jihua25 and Jihua31,respectively,so that enhanced the adaptability of peanut to low temperature stress.Under low temperature stress,a higher amount of silicon fertilizer application could increase the MDA content,exacerbate the membrane lipid peroxidation,and inhibit the peanut growth.Ap-plying an appropriate amount of silicon fertilizer could increase the SOD enzyme activity of peanut leaves under low temperature stress,reduce their MDA content,and promote the peanut growth.关键词
