不同种衣剂对低温环境下花生发芽及成苗的影响
Effects of Different Coating Agents on Peanut Germination and Seedling Formation under Low-Temperature Stress

Abstract
Low temperature often causes the seed rot and seedling shortage of peanut in northern China,and leads to the production decrease of spring peanut.In order to screen the active ingredient of low temperature resistant seed coating agent,Jihua25 was used as the test material to study the influ-ence of different coating agent components on the relevant indicators of the germination,seedling e-mergence,and plant traits under the low-temperature indoor circumstance.The results showed that low temperature reduced seed germination,seedling emergence and plant traits.The active ingredient of seed coating agent 2.5%fludioxonil,25%azoxystrobin,24%thifluzamide,and 40%thiram significantly im-proved the germination rate,seedling emergence rate,and plant traits of peanut effectively,which alleviated the negative effects of low temperature on peanut seeds.Therefore,ZYJ3,ZYJ4,ZYJ5 and ZYJ8 were screened as effective components of low-temperature resistant seed coating agent,which provided a theoretical basis for the research and development of low-temperature resistant seed coating agent.关键词
