摘要

Abstract

The microwave catalytic oxidation technology was used to treat livestock farming wastewater,and the effects of five factors,namely pH,microwave time,microwave power,catalyst dos-age,and hydrogen peroxide dosage,on the COD removal rate were studied in anaerobic digesters.The Box-Behnken experimental design in response surface method was used,with COD removal rate as the re-sponse value,the microwave time,microwave power and activated carbon dosage as the influencing fac-tors,and the Box-Behnken experimental design was used to establish a mathematical model.The analysis of variance showed that the order of significance of the influencing factors was:microwave power>activa-ted carbon dosage>microwave time,and the interaction between microwave power and microwave time had a significant effect on the COD removal rate.The model predicted the optimal conditions,which were indicated as microwave time 14.83 min,microwave power 320 W,and activated carbon dosage 14 g·L-1.The removal rate of COD was 89.79%,the relative error between the model-predicted and the measured values was 0.54%.Microwave catalytic oxidation technology can be adopted for livestock wastewater to meet the first discharge standard of COD<100 mg·L-1in Pollutant Emission Standards for Livestock and Poultry Farming(GB18596).
