CLK2 mRNA在早期鸡胚中的表达及定位分析
The Expression Pattern and Position of CLK2 mRNA in Early Chick Embryos
摘要
Abstract
To study the expression and localization pattern of CLK2 mRNA in the early chick embryos,the expression of CLK2 mRNA were detected by qPCR.CLK2/pMD18-T plasmids was constructed and mRNA in situ hybridization probe was made and digoxigenin was labeled.In situ hybirdization was used to detect the expression and location of CLK2 mRNA in early chick embryo.The results of qRCR showed the mRNA level of CLK2 in early chick embryo changed along with the progress of different period.The in si-tu hybridization reveals the expression of CLK2 mRNA showed distinct characteristics in different develo-ping stages of early chicken embryos,particularly within head and tail.The mRNA of CLK2 was expressed in early chick embryos.The results of expression and localization pattern of CLK2 mRNA reveal that CLK2 may be associated with the development of head and nervous system in early chick embryo.关键词
