为了促进入侵植物白花鬼针草(Bidens alba(L.)DC,BD)的资源化利用,将4.00 kg白花鬼针草、1.20 kg车前草、0.10 kg生姜、0.25 kg大蒜组成复方,用水提取,然后用乙醇沉淀,经工艺处理后获得白花鬼针草复方提取物(BD formulation extracts,BDFE)成品0.15 kg.将提取物成品按照0 mg/kg(对照组),125 mg/kg(低剂量组),250 mg/kg(中剂量组),500 mg/kg(高剂量组)比例添加到配合饲料中,饲喂杜长大生长猪.结果表明,饲喂20 d后,与对照组相比,高、中剂量组的料重比(F/G)分别降低4.52%和2.08%.饲喂10 d后,高剂量组胆固醇(CHOL)浓度和碱性磷酸酶(ALKP)活性极显著高于中剂量组(P<0.01);低剂量组谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)活性显著高于中剂量组(P<0.05);高剂量组血清磷(PHOS)浓度显著高于低剂量组(P<0.05).饲喂20 d后,高、中、低剂量组ALKP活性极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);高、中、低剂量组球蛋白(GLOB)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);高、中剂量组肌酐(CREA)浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);高剂量组胆固醇(CHOL)浓度和GGT活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);高剂量组白蛋白(ALB)含量和丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05).综上,白花鬼针草复方提取物对生长猪无肝脏毒性,无肾脏毒性,无胰腺毒性,可以促进生长猪对脂肪、能量、蛋白质的新陈代谢,可以促进对钙磷矿物质的吸收,从而提高生长猪的生长性能.

In order to promote the resource utilization of invasive plant Bidens alba(L.)DC in animal husbandry,the formulation composed of 4.00 kg Bidens alba(L.)DC,1.20 kg Plantago,0.10 kg ginger and 0.25 kg garlic were extracted with water,then precipitated with ethanol,and the final extract product of 0.15 kg was obtained after a series of processing.The extracts were added to the feed at the ratio of 0 mg/kg(control group),125 mg/kg(low group),250 mg/kg(medium group),500 mg/kg(high group)to feed DurocX Landrace× Yorkshire growing pigs.After 20 days,compared with the control group,the feed to gain ratio of high and medium groups decrease d by 4.52%and 2.08%respectively.After 10 days of feed-ing,cholesterol concentration and alkaline phosphatase activity of high group were significantly higher than those of medium group(P<0.01);glutamyl transferase activity of low group was significantly higher than that of medium group(P<0.05);serum phosphorus of high group was significantly higher than that of low group(P<0.05).After 20 days of feeding,Alkaline phosphatase activity and globulin of high,medi-um and low groups were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01),so was creatinine of high and medium groups(P<0.05).Cholesterol concentration and glutamyltransferase activity of high group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05);albumin concentration and alanine aminotransferase activity of high group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,Bidens alba(L.)DC formulation extracts have no hepatotoxicity,nephrotoxicity and pancreat-ic toxicity to growing pigs,and it can promote the metabolism of fat,energy and protein,and facilitate the absorption of calcium,phosphorus,so as to improve the growth performance of growing pigs.
