医院合同能源管理节能服务考核评价体系研究
Research on evaluation system of hospital contract energy management and energy-saving service
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the quality of hospital energy service,an evaluation index system of hospital contract energy management and energy-saving service was constructed.Based on literature analysis and Delphi method,the evaluation index system of hospital contract energy management and energy-saving service was established through two rounds of expert consultation,and the index weight was determined by AHP.The evaluation system of hospital contract energy management and energy-saving service was constructed,which included 4 dimensions,including management index,safety index,benefit index and service quality index,13 secondary indexes and 40 tertiary indexes.The study indicates that the feasibility and practicability of the evaluation index system of hospital contract energy management energy-saving service are good,and the consistency with the practice of hospital contract energy management service is high,and it can be further popularized.关键词
