摘要

Abstract

The thermal exchange efficiency of a condenser affects the economy of the whole unit,and the fouling on the cooling water side has a great impact on the thermal exchange efficiency.Accumulation of hard scale such as carbonate scales and soft scale from algae and bacteria occurs due to the continuous cycling of cooling water in the condenser.In this paper,an intelligent electromagnetic antimicrobial and descaling system was installed on the inlet and outlet pipe of the condenser circulating water to explore its descaling and antimicrobial effects in practical applications in power plants.Additionally,an evaluation model incorporating correction factors for end difference and cleaning coefficient is proposed.The study indicates that both evaluation models are effective,and the new generation intelligent electromagnetic antimicrobial and descaling system demonstrates excellent antimicrobial and descaling effects.
