广西居民急救知识水平现状及影响因素分析
Analysis on the Current Situation and Influencing Factors of People's First Aid Knowledge Level in Guangxi

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current situation of people's knowledge of first aid in Guangxi and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide the reference for improving people's knowledge of first aid.Methods A total of 1 045 people in Guangxi were selected and analyzed by questionnaire.Results The score of the public's first aid knowledge is(15.77±3.10).The correct answer rate of the four dimensions of people's first aid knowledge from high to low were emergency telephone dimension(96.2%),trauma treatment first aid dimension(94.3%),common injury or disaster treatment dimension(83.9%)and cardiac arrest first aid dimension(66.9%).Different training frequency was the influencing factor of the respondents'first-aid knowledge level.The main ways of learning first-aid knowledge were internet(80.8%),knowledge lectures(68.5%)and television(50.1%).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that education background,occupation,and training frequency were the influencing factors of Guangxi respondents'scores of first aid knowledge(P<0.05).Conclusion The people's mastery of first aid knowledge still needs to be improved.The popularization of on-site first aid knowledge should be increased to raise their awareness of first aid.Different training methods and frequencies should be adopted according to different occupations and academic qualifications,so as to improve people's knowledge of first aid and establish a system of self-help and mutual rescue for people.关键词
