福建省初中生网络游戏成瘾行为与影响因素调查
Research of Prevalence and Influencing Factors of Adolescent Internet Gaming Disorder in Fujian Province

Abstract
Objective To analyze the prevalence and its factors of adolescent Internet gaming disorder(IGD)among junior middle school students in Fujian Province.Methods The five junior high schools in Fuzhou and Xiamen were selected,and 781 middle school students were investigated with the Non-adaptive Cognitive Scale,Adolescent Life Events Scale and Internet Gaming Discorder Scale.Results The detection rate of IGD among junior middle school students was 18.4%.The difference in the detection rate of IGD among junior high school students of different sexes was statistically significant(P<0.05).Peer,study,family,and health stress were all positively correlated with IGD of junior middle school students(all P<0.05).Perceiving one's own impulse,unstoppable thoughts,family pressure,and current online game behavior were the important factors to predict teenagers'IGD after half a year.Conclusion The prevalence of IGD among teenagers in Fujian Province is slightly higher than that in other provinces.Increasing parent-child communication,reducing non-adaptive cognition and current online game behavior should be the effective ways to reduce IGD among teenagers.关键词
