吉林省居民卫生应急知识需求及获取途径调查
Investigation on the Demand and Access of Health Emergency Knowledge of Residents in Jilin Province

Abstract
Objective To understand the residents'demand for health emergency knowledge in Jilin Province and the ways to obtain it,and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide the basis for formulating efficient health emergency knowledge dissemination strategies.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 2 411 permanent residents by multistage stratified cluster random sampling.Results A total of 28.08% residents in Jilin Province had received health emergency training.Not knowing where to attend(60.55%)was the main reason for not receiving health emergency training.The top three health emergency knowledge concerned by residents in Jilin Province were infectious disease prevention(79.34%),fire self/mutual rescue(74.95%),and earthquake self/mutual rescue(69.06%).Except for self-help and mutual rescue in flood and earthquake,the demands of residents with different age and education levels for health emergency knowledge were different(P<0.05).The main ways to acquire health emergency knowledge were TV/radio and new media such as WeChat/Weibo/short video software.The rural residents,high-age groups and people with low education level had a higher proportion of obtaining health emergency knowledge through TV/radio and family/friends/colleagues.Conclusion According to the characteristics of different groups of people,multi-channel and targeted diversified communication strategies should been formulated to improve public health emergency knowledge and skills.关键词
