Abstract
Objective To analyze the health examination data of elderly people aged≥65 in Hunan Community of Shanghai in 2021 to understand their health status.Methods Statistical analysis was conducted on the physical examination results of 1344 elderly people aged 65 and above.Results The results of the physical examination showed that 19.80% of elderly people had normal physical examination indicators and no history of chronic diseases.The main abnormalities in the physical examination items were abnormal blood lipids(53.13%),overweight and obesity(46.28%),fatty liver(34.00%),newly discovered elevated blood pressure(30.36%),hyperuricemia(24.40%),and newly discovered blood glucose abnormalities(6.7%).There were the statistically significant differences in the detection rates of some abnormal items among different gender and age groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Annual health physical examination for elderly people in the community can timely detect their abnormal physical conditions,which is beneficial for the family doctor team to manage and intervene in a timely manner,and has important guiding significance for controlling chronic diseases and delaying the progression of diseases.关键词
