Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Guizhi Fuling Capsules combined with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods A total of 90 patients with endometriosis admitted to Weihai Second Hospital Affiliated to Qingdao University from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as research objects,they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Guizhi Fuling Capsules combined with laparoscopic surgery,and the control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery alone.The effects,adverse reactions,sex hormones,inflammatory factors,T lymphocytes,visual analogue scale(VAS)and endometriosis health scale(EHP-30)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in gastrointestinal symptoms,liver and kidney function injury,bleeding and wound pain complications between two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH)and progesterone(P)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),CD3+,CD4+and CD8+in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).VAS and EHP-30 score of observation group were lower than those of control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Fuling Capsules combined with laparoscopic surgery can improve the sex hormone,inflammatory response and T lymphocyte immunity in patients with endometriosis,and has the advantages of high efficiency and safety,its efficacy is higher than that of laparoscopic surgery,and it is worthy of widespread promotion in clinical practice.关键词
