加减黄芪健脾汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性结肠炎反复发作性腹泻的临床研究
Clinical study of modified Huangqi Jianpi Decoction in treating recurrent diarrhea in chronic colitis of dual deficient of spleen and stomach type
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Huangqi Jianpi Decoction in treating recurrent diarrhea in chronic colitis of dual deficient of spleen and stomach type.Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with chronic colitis admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Internal Medicine of Dalian Central Hospital from De-cember 2020 to August 2022 were selected as subjects.The patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given modified Huangqi Jianpi Decoction.The control group was treated with Live Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Enteric-coated Capsules.The levels of T-lymphocyte subpopulations(CD3+and CD4+)and TCM symptom scores were recorded before treatment and 2,4,8 weeks after treatment.The clinical efficacy and recurrence rate after one month of drug cessation in the two groups were compared.Results The levels of blood T-lymphocyte subpopulations(CD3+and CD4+)in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group at 2,4 and 8 weeks after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total clinical symptom scores of patients in the treatment group were lower than those of the con-trol group at 2,4 and 8 weeks after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate of patients in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group at one month of drug cessation,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Modified Huangqi Jianpi Decoction in the treatment of recurrent diarrhea of dual deficiency of spleen and stomach type of chronic colitis obtains a significant ef-feet.It can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,and enhance their immune function.关键词
