目的:探讨功能失调性态度和人际关系在儿童期创伤与成年人抑郁关系中的链式中介效应.方法:采用儿童期创伤问卷简表、功能失调性态度量表、人际关系综合诊断量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表对930名成年抑郁症患者进行调查.结果:儿童期创伤、功能失调性态度、人际关系及抑郁症状得分之间均呈两两显著性正相关;儿童期创伤可以对抑郁产生直接影响,也可以通过功能失调性态度和人际关系的独立中介作用及两者的链式中介作用间接影响抑郁,其中介效应分别占总效应的33.62%、5.88%、7.60%.结论:儿童期创伤不但可以直接影响成人抑郁,还可以通过功能失调性态度和人际关系的独立中介作用,以及功能失调性态度—人际关系之间的链式中介作用间接影响成人抑郁.

Objective:To explore the chain mediating effect of dysfunctional attitudes and interpersonal relation-ships on the relationship between childhood trauma and adult depression.Methods:A total of 930 adults with depres-sion were investigated by childhood trauma Questionnaire,Dysfunctional Attitude Scale,Interpersonal Comprehen-sive Diagnostic Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale.The chain mediation model is established by PROCESS pro-gram in SPASS software.Results:There were significantly positive correlations between childhood trauma,dysfunc-tional attitudes,interpersonal relationships and depression.Childhood trauma had both a direct impact on depression and an indirect effect through the independent mediating roles of dysfunctional attitudes and interpersonal relation-ships,as well as the chain mediating effect between the two.The mediating effects accounted for 33.62%,5.88%,and 7.60%of the total effect,respectively.Conclusion:Childhood trauma can not only directly impact adult depression but can also indirectly affect it through the independent mediating roles of dysfunctional attitudes and interpersonal rela-tionships,as well as the chain-mediated interaction between dysfunctional attitudes and interpersonal relationships.
