音乐治疗对空巢老人心理健康干预的研究进展(综述)
Research progress on intervention of music therapy in maintaining the mental health of empty nest elderly people
摘要
Abstract
With the trend of aging development in China,various psychological problems that empty nest elderly people face have seriously affected their physical and mental health and quality of life.This article reviews the inter-vention mechanism,intervention techniques,and intervention effects of music therapy on the mental health of empty nest elderly people,and presents the latest research progress of music therapy in maintaining the mental health of empty nest elderly people.In response to the shortcomings of music therapy intervention in the psychological prob-lems of empty nest elderly,specific improvement measures are proposed in the article,and the development prospects of music therapy in promoting the psychological health of empty nest elderly are prospected,in order to provide ref-erence for relevant research in China.关键词
