稳定期精神分裂症患者孤独感与被动自杀意念的相关性
Correlation analysis between loneliness and passive suicidal ideation in stable schizophrenia patients

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation between loneliness and passive suicidal ideation in patients with stable schizophrenia.Methods:The suicide subscale of the Chinese version of the Mini-International Neuropsychiat-ric Interview(MINI)and the self-made General Questionnaire were used by UCLA Loneliness Scale(UCLA Chi-nese),the suicide subscale of the version of the Mini-International Neuropsychiatric Interview(MINI)and the self-made General Situation Survey Scale.A survey and analysis of 208 patients with stable schizophrenia diagnosed with schizophrenia in the Mental Health Hospital of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shenyang Medical College was in-vestigated.Results:Among 208 patients with stable schizophrenia,175 cases(84.13％)had positive passive suicidal i-deation.Univariate analysis showed that the incidence(t=-2.434,P＜0.05),course of disease(F=18.821,P＜0.001),and cumulative number of years of hospital stay(F=13.776,P＜0.001)were the influencing factors of pas-sive suicidal ideation in patients with stable schizophrenia,and the correlation coefficient analysis showed that age was positively correlated with passive suicidal ideation(r=0.322,P＜0.001),and loneliness was positively correlated with passive suicidal ideation(r=0.565,P＜0.001),and the results of multiple regression analysis showed that the cumulative number of years of hospital stay(β=1.620,P＜0.05)and loneliness(β=0.408,P＜0.001)were independ-ent influencing factors of passive suicidal ideation in stable schizophrenia.Conclusion:Loneliness and cumulative hos-pitalization are independent influencing factors of passive suicidal ideation in patients with stable schizophrenia.The higher the loneliness of patients with stable schizophrenia,the stronger their passive suicidal ideation.关键词
