Effect of multi-form psychological intervention on emotional state and health behavior of children after oblique hernia surgery

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of polymorphic psychological intervention on children's emotional state and health behavior after oblique hernia surgery.Methods:A total of 102 children undergoing oblique hernia surgery in our hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention,while the observation group was given polymorphic psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of emotional status[SCARED and DSRSC],psychological resilience[CICRS],healthy behavior[Achenbach Children's Behavior Scale(CBCL)],social support[SSRS]and quality of life[PedsQL4.0].Results:After intervention,compared with the control group,the SCARED and DSRSC scores in the observation group were significantly lower(t=3.456,4.849;P＜0.05),the CICRS scores in all dimensions were significantly higher(t=-3.925,-3.413,-4.796;P＜0.05),the social ability scores were significantly higher(t=-2.594,P＜0.05),the behavior problems scores were signifi-cantly lower(t=3.629,P＜0.05),and the SSRS scales scores in all dimensions were significantly higher(t=-4.508,-5.217,-6.850;P＜0.05),PedsQL4.0 scores in all dimensions were significantly higher(t=-3.700,-3.582,-5.025,-5.160;P＜0.05).Conclusion:Compared with routine intervention,polymorphic psychological intervention can im-prove the emotional state of children after oblique hernia surgery,enhance psychological resilience,promote healthy behavior,improve social support and improve quality of life.关键词
