Abstract
Based on the application of new technologies,new tools and new mechanisms by the fire and rescue team to promote the new development of alarm response and disposal practice,from the viewpoint of materialist dialectics and traditional Chinese philosophy,a two-dimensional alert-situ-ation information epistemology is proposed.The characteristics,basic con-cepts and meanings of two-dimensional alert-situation information are sum-marized and put forward.Taking the fire alert situation as an example,the two-dimensional alert-situation information epistemology and its application are described in detail.After that,the epistemology was compared and tested in practice,which verified the obvious effect of epistemology on improving the main business effect of the command center in the early and middle stag-es of the alert situation.关键词
