Construction of comprehensive evaluation index system for nursing professional skills training in colleges and universities
目的:构建护理专业技能培训综合评价指标体系.方法:以柯氏模型为理论框架拟订评价指标体系初稿,采用德尔菲法对20名专家进行函询修正指标体系.结果:专家权威系数为0.973,各级指标肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.220,0.142,0.187(P<0.05),形成正式的护理专业技能培训综合评价体系,包括一级指标4个、二级指标13个、三级指标43个,一级指标权重分别是0.221 9,0.259 4,0.270 1,0.248 7,二级指标权重为0.042 8~0.125 7,三级指标权重为0.011 3~0.043 6.量表整体Cronbach's α系数为0.829,折半系数为0.835,效度为0.694.结论:护理专业技能培训综合评价指标体系的构建具有科学性和实践价值,可为多专业技能培训活动的实施和效果评价提供指导依据和参考价值.
Objective:To construct a comprehensive evaluation index system for nursing professional skills training.Methods:The first draft of the evaluation index system was drawn up based on the Koch model,and the index system was revised by correspondence with 20 experts by Delphi method.Results:The expert authority coefficient was 0.973,and the Kendall harmony coefficient was 0.220,0.142 and 0.187(P<0.05),respectively,which formed a formal comprehensive evaluation system of nursing professional skills training,including 4 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators and 43 third-level indicators.The weights of the primary indexes are 0.221 9,0.259 4,0.270 1,0.248 7,the secondary indexes are 0.042 8~0.125 7,and the tertiary indexes are 0.011 3~0.043 6.Cronbach's αcoefficient and half coefficient were 0.829 and 0.835,respectively,and KMO validity were 0.694,(P<0.05)respectively.Conclusions:The construction of comprehensive evaluation index system of nursing professional skill training has scientific and practical value,and can provide guidance basis and reference value for the implementation and effect evaluation of multi-professional skill training activities.
