高校护理专业技能培训综合评价指标体系构建
Construction of comprehensive evaluation index system for nursing professional skills training in colleges and universities

Abstract
Objective:To construct a comprehensive evaluation index system for nursing professional skills training.Methods:The first draft of the evaluation index system was drawn up based on the Koch model,and the index system was revised by correspondence with 20 experts by Delphi method.Results:The expert authority coefficient was 0.973,and the Kendall harmony coefficient was 0.220,0.142 and 0.187(P<0.05),respectively,which formed a formal comprehensive evaluation system of nursing professional skills training,including 4 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators and 43 third-level indicators.The weights of the primary indexes are 0.221 9,0.259 4,0.270 1,0.248 7,the secondary indexes are 0.042 8～0.125 7,and the tertiary indexes are 0.011 3～0.043 6.Cronbach's αcoefficient and half coefficient were 0.829 and 0.835,respectively,and KMO validity were 0.694,(P<0.05)respectively.Conclusions:The construction of comprehensive evaluation index system of nursing professional skill training has scientific and practical value,and can provide guidance basis and reference value for the implementation and effect evaluation of multi-professional skill training activities.关键词
