老年急性期快速恢复病房病人健康需求的质性研究
Qualitative study on health needs of patients in acute care for the elderly unit
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To understand the real health needs of patients in acute care for the elderly(ACE)unit,and the cognition and attitude of elderly patients towards ACE concept.The existing problems of ACE unit in hospital operation were analyzed to provide practical basis for the application,reform and promotion of ACE unit model in China.Methods:A total of 9 elderly patients,10 medical staff and 6 family caregivers from ACE unit of Yuxin Geriatric Hospital of Zhengzhou Central Hospital were selected for semi-structured in-depth interviews by using phenomenological research method in qualitative research,and the original data were collated and analyzed by Colaizzi 7-step analysis method.Results:A total of three themes were extracted including the main factors affecting ACE in elderly patients,the continuous nursing service needs of elderly patients in ACE unit need to be met and elderly patients'demand for"Internet+"and TCM services in ACE unit remains to be met.Conclusions:It is necessary to strengthen the linkage between hospital and community to improve the awareness of"the concept of rapid recovery of acute disease of elderly patients"in the community,and pay attention to the functional maintenance exercise and rational drug use of elderly patients during the transition period after discharge and at home.We should enrich the contents of ACE unit care mode,improve the full-chain management mode of"home-community-hospital",and so as to provide long-term,whole-process and chain health management for elderly patients;at the same time,we should pay more attention to the psychological and physiological needs of elderly patients,combine the characteristics of elderly patients,change the traditional health education model,and design"Internet+"products that are convenient for elderly people to use from the perspective of elderly patients to promote their active and effective self-health management.关键词
