农村乳腺癌术后过渡期病人社交赋能困境的质性研究
Qualitative study on social empowerment dilemmas of transitional rural patients after breast cancer surgery

Abstract
Objective:To explore the social empowerment dilemma of rural breast cancer patients in the early transitional period after surgery.Methods:A descriptive phenomenological study was used to set up an outline based on the Omaha question classification system,and a semi-structured interview was conducted on 16 transitional patients with breast cancer after surgery from September to November 2022 in the breast surgery outpatient department of a tertiary grade A hospital in Nanning.The data were analyzed and collated by Colaizzi phenomenology 7-step method.Results:The social empowerment difficulties of patients in the transitional period after breast cancer surgery could be summarized into three themes including self-worth disturbance,self-image reconstruction disorder and insufficient surrounding support.Conclusions:The social empowerment of patients undergoing breast cancer surgery is not optimistic,and there are different degrees of physical symptoms and negative psychological stress.It is necessary to try to establish a family-oriented model,and construct a four-in-one social support model of patient-family-patient-friend circle and multi-direction management of medical staff,combined with self-report assessment tools,to pay attention to the symptoms and emotional management of patients,so as to reduce patients'social empowerment difficulties and improve patients'quality of life.关键词
