Abstract
Objective:To develop a questionnaire on continuous care needs of lymphoma patients during intermittent chemotherapy and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:Based on the existence-relatedness-growth(ERG)theory,the article pool of the questionnaire was preliminatively determined by literature review and semi-structured interview,and the contents of the items were screened and revised by Delphi expert correspondence and pre-survey.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 186 patients with lymphoma.Through project analysis and reliability and validity test,the official version of the questionnaire was formed.Results:The questionnaire on continuous care needs of lymphoma patients during the intermittent chemotherapyincluded 6 dimensions,symptom management needs,disease treatment information needs,daily life guidance needs,venous access nursing knowledge needs,relationship needs,and self-realization needs,with a total of 28 items.The item level content validity index was 0.88～1.00,the scale level content validity index was 0.86.The content validity of each item was≥0.88.The Cronbach's α coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.737,the broken half reliability was 0.725,and the retest reliability was 0.716.Conclusions:The established questionnaire of continuous nursing needs of lymphoma patients during intermittent chemotherapy has good reliability and validity,and can be used as an evaluation tool for the study of nursing needs of lymphoma patients during intermittent chemotherapy.关键词
