Strategic Decision-Making Logics,Slack Resources and Digital Business Model:A fsQCA Analysis Based on the Data of 177 Enterprises in Zhejiang

Abstract
This paper aims to explore how firms combine strategic decision-making logics and slack re-sources for building digital business models.It examines the role of strategic decision-making logics and slack resources on digital business model,and uses the fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis to study configurations of strategic decision-making logics and slack resources for digital business models based on the data from 177 enterprises in Zhejiang Province.The results show that there are diverse configurations for building digital business models,including three main types:prudent exploration of external opportunities,proactive exploitation of internal conditions,and ambidexterity;and that there is a significant difference between configurations for efficiency-centered and novelty-centered digital busi-ness models.The results also show that configurations of novelty-centered digital business model are more aggressive than configurations of efficiency-centered digital business model because they empha-size the input of absorbed slack resources and weaken the influence of causal logic.关键词
