制造业绿色低碳创新投入与产出的耦合协调及互动关系
Research on the Coupling and Interaction of Green Low-carbon Innovation Input and Output in Manufacturing Industry

Abstract
Green low-carbon innovation is an important driving force to carry out new development con-cepts,promote high-quality economic development and achieve the"double carbon"strategic goals in the new era.Based on the panel data of 25 manufacturing industries from 2011 to 2020,the coupling and coordination model of the interactive development of green low-carbon innovation input and output in manufacturing industry is constructed,and the coupling degree and coordination degree of the inter-active development of the two are calculated,and then the pvar model is constructed.Impulse response function and variance decomposition are used to study the dynamic change of green low-carbon innova-tion output under the impact of human,material and financial input and the dynamic change of green low-carbon innovation input under the output of economic and environmental benefits.The findings are as follows:At present,most of our manufacturing industries are in the highly coupled stage,but in the serious imbalance state;There is a long-term co-integration relationship between input and output of green and low-carbon innovation.In the long run,the input of human and material resources has a posi-tive impact on the output of green low-carbon innovation,while the input of financial resources has a negative impact.Both the output of economic and environmental benefits have a significant negative im-pact on the input of green low-carbon innovation.关键词
