Abstract
For small and micro enterprises that are disadvantaged in loan applications,this paper takes risk prudence as the first meaning and proposes a comprehensive evaluation method of hesitant fuzzy MPI punishment inferiority considering the equilibrium of indices:firstly,the hesitant fuzzy set(HFS)is introduced to characterize the expert opinions to construct an evaluation matrix to fully pay attention to and utilize the risk opinions of multiple credit experts;Secondly,in order to reasonably measure the e-quilibrium between indicators in the hesitant fuzzy environment,a new hesitant fuzzy element(HFE)score function is proposed,based on which the equilibrium between the indicators measured can effec-tively take into account the divergence of expert opinions and the equilibrium of credit indicators.More-over,in view of the fact that the credit shortcomings of small and micro enterprises will attract more at-tention from commercial banks,the credit indicators of the"unqualified"part will be punished on the basis of hesitation and ambiguity of MPI and used as the basis for final decision-making;Finally,taking four small and micro enterprises as examples,the algorithm verification and result analysis are carried out,and the results show that the method is simple and feasible in calculation,and that the evaluation results are comprehensive and reasonable,which can play a role in the selection of small and micro en-terprises with high-quality and stable credit levels by commercial banks and other financial institutions.关键词
