The Effect Mechanism and Practical Path of Digital Economy Enabling Common Prosperity

Abstract
Digital economy and common prosperity are the two important issues to promote China's high-quality development in the new stage of development.Digital economy is an important source of high-quality development in China,which plays an important role in promoting the realization of common prosperity.On the basis of explaining the profound implications of digital economy and common prosperity,this paper analyzes the digital economy,with its unique innovation effect,coordination effect,general preferences effect and spillover effect,to enable common prosperity from four aspects:comprehensive prosperity,universal prosperity,joint prosperity and gradual prosperity;pointing out problems in the process of realizing common prosperity enabled by digital economy,such as insufficient economic development momentum,unbalanced development between urban and rural areas and between regions,low public initiative,and disordered market order,and from promoting the digitalization of public services,accelerating the digital technology innovation,narrowing the digital divide gap,strengthening policy support and other aspects of the condensed way to promote the realization of common prosperity,in order to efficiently promote the realization of common prosperity.关键词
