Abstract
Strengthening the national strategic scientific and technological strength is an inevitable choice for China to achieve technological self-reliance and support the comprehensive construction of a socialist modernized country in the new era,and also a key measure to accelerate the construction of a world science and technology powerhouse.Starting from the perspective of high-level technological self-reliance and self-improvement,and applying the national innovation system view and integrated innovation theory,we should deeply understand and accurately grasp the significant significance and era requirements of strengthening national strategic scientific and technological strength.Based on this,we should further clarify the theoretical basis,strategic logic,and main tasks of strengthening national strategic scientific and technological strength.Through tasks and measures such as strengthening the overall layout of the top-level design system and strengthening the overall layout of the basic research system,we will help achieve self-reliance in high-level science and technology,accelerate the construction of a new development pattern,and high-quality development.关键词
