Research on the Digital Security Industry of Cross-border Data:Scenario Analysis and Future Development
摘要
Abstract
Since the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR)by the European Union(EU)in 2016,various countries have enacted different data cross-border regulations,which have had profound impacts on the operation of multinational corporations.Existing researches have mainly focused on analyzing on policy formulation of government,with limited in-depth studies on the changes faced by enterprises themselves in the context of cross-border data.To fill this research gap,it is necessary to conduct a systematic analysis of the four major data cross-border scenarios:finance,healthcare,internet,and smart cars,from the perspective of the digital security industry.Furthermore,exploring the future development of cross-border activities and providing guidance for the development direction of the digital security industry.关键词
