孕前血清补体质量浓度与反复妊娠丢失患者再次妊娠结局的相关性分析
Correlation analysis between serum complement levels prior to pregnancy and recurrent pregnancy outcomes in patients with recurrent pregnant loss

Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation between pre-pregnancy serum levels of complement C3 and C4 and subsequent pregnancy outcomes in patients with recurrent pregnant loss.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 423 patients with pregnancy loss who visited the Department of Reproductive Medi-cine,The Second Hospital of Lanzhou University from September 2019 to December 2022.Baseline data and prepregnancy laboratory indicators were collected based on the number of previous pregnancy losses and the outcome of subsequent pregnancies.Results There was no significant difference in the levels of complement C3 and C4 between the live birth group and the pregnancy loss group in patients with occasional miscarriage.In patients with recurrent pregnancy loss,compared with the live birth group,the serum levels of complement C3 and C4 in the pregnancy loss group increased significantly(P<0.05).Elevated complement C4 was an independent risk factor for recurrent pregnancy loss.After adjusting covariates such as age and body mass index,the differences still had statistical significance(P<0.05).There was a significant correlation between subsequent adverse pregnancy outcomes and elevated levels of complement C4 before pregnancy in the subgroups of age<35 years and without a previous history of live labor(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with recurrent pregnancy loss,elevated levels of complement C4 before pregnancy are an independent risk factor for subsequent recurrent pregnancy loss.关键词
